From Advanced Startup Options you can access Windows diagnostic and repair tools like Reset This PC, System Restore, Command Prompt, Startup Repair, and much more.

Also From Advanced Startup Options you access Startup Settings, the menu that includes Safe Mode, among other startup methods that could help you access Windows 10 or Windows 8.1  if it is having problems starting.

Make Sure All Windows Updates Installed

To use this option move to Device manager windows from Win + R type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter. On device, manager screen select the problematic device right click on it and select properties. Now on selected Driver properties move to Driver tab. you will find The Roll Back option.

Check if all apps are installed properly

click on “Start” or Windows Logo on your taskbar and search for CMD. Right-click Command Prompt from the menu and “run as administrator”. Or you can Press Window + X. and click on Command Prompt (Admin). After command prompt shows up, enter:
 sfc /scannow

This  will scan your system for all its important system files, and replace where necessary. wait untill Verification 100 % complete. After this Restart windows.if you get windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them then try following command dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Uninstall Recent installed Software Applications and check for virus malware

Uninstall any third-party software and/or hardware that you may have installed recently after upgrading to Windows 10 OS. In the command prompt window, type chkdsk c: /f /r /x command and press Enter key.
