  • Click on the start menu then select Settings,
  • Go to apps then find Microsoft Store and click the 3-dot menu.
  • Next, click on Advanced Options,
  • Here you will get the repair and reset option under the Reset section,

Create a New User Account

Some users report that creating a new user account helps them get back to the Microsoft store or fix different Windows store problems.

  • Press Windows key + I to open settings,
  • Go to Accounts then family & Other Users,
  • Click Add account under other users.
  • Click I don’t have this person’s sign-in information on the pop-up interface.
  • Next, click Add a user without a Microsoft account on the next page.
  • Enter your user’s name and password.
  • Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account on your computer.

Now restart your PC and this time login with the new user account and password, Check if you can find the Microsoft Store app.

Reset Your PC

If still the Microsoft store is missing then Reset this PC is the only option left for you.

  • Open settings using Windows key + I,
  • Click on Windows Update from the left-hand side
  • Click on Advanced options from the right-hand side, then click on Recovery
  • Under Recovery options, click on the Reset PC button next to Reset this PC
  • Choose whether you want to keep your files or not and follow on-screen instructions to reset your PC default settings,
  • Once done reboot your PC and check the Microsoft store is back on your PC.
