If your webcam still doesn’t work, try looking for help on the webcam manufacturer’s website. And The last tweak the windows registry to fix the problem. Before make any modification backup your windows registry database. Then type regedit on start menu search and hit enter key. on windows registry Editor Nevigate to

Right-click on Platform then select New > DWORD (32-bit) value. And name this new DWORD as EnableFrameServerMode.
