Wait until Startup repair To scan and complete the repair process After that windows restart automatically and start normally.

Enable legacy advanced boot menu

If startup repair failed to fix the problem and windows still frequently restarts with  KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE Then Try to Enable legacy advanced boot menu by following steps and check it may help.

To do this again you need to access Advanced option, select option command prompt and execute the command BCDEDIT /SET {DEFAULT} BOOTMENUPOLICY LEGACY. After that restart windows and check windows start normally.

Uninstall Antivirus/third-party applications

Open command prompt as administrator, type chkdsk C: /f /r and press Enter key.

Check Memory (RAM) corruption
