Windows 11 KB5050009 & KB5050021 cumulative Update, What's new

The KB5050009 patch is available for Windows 11 version 24H2, while the KB5050021 patch is out for versions 23H2 and 22H2 of the OS. Both of these updates are part of the January 2025 Patch Tuesday include critical security fixes for vulnerabilities identified in previous months. You can install the updates by navigating to Start > Settings > Windows Update and clicking on Check for Updates. Alternatively, the updates can be manually downloaded and installed from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
