From Power menu

Similar to the previous method, you can also access the Windows Startup Settings through the Power menu in the Start menu. to do this Open the Start, select the Power menu, press and hold the Shift key and click Restart button.

This action will trigger Windows 10 to access the Advanced Startup menu.

Using Windows 10 installation media

When Windows 10 isn’t loading in your PC or Due to Blue Screen Error unable to start the system, you can use the installation media to boot into the Windows Startup Settings.




First, insert the Bootable media to system and  Start your computer with the installation media.  Now you will see press any key to boot from CD or DVD. press any key on keyboard. Here this will open your windows installation window. Select language, time currency and keyboard input and click next to next screen Click Repair your computer.

While in Windows 10, you can also open the Task Manager menu to access the advanced startup menu. Use the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keyboard shortcut to bring up the menu. Then click the Power button in the bottom-right corner, press and hold the Shift key and click Restart button.
