Before Perform Troubleshooting steps
Check your speaker and headphone connections for loose cables or the wrong jack.
New PCs these days are equipped with 3 or more jacks including,
- microphone jack
- line-in jack
- line-out jack.
These jacks connect to a sound processor. So make sure your speakers are plugged in to the line-out jack. If unsure which is the right jack, try plugging speakers in to each of the jacks and see it produces any sound.

Press Win + R on Run Type Services.msc and hit enter key.
This Will open windows Services Now Scroll down and look for Windows Audio service check service is Running or not. If Service is not started simply right click and Select Start As shown bellow image. Or If Service Is already Running Then Right click and select Restart To Restart the running service. If start and restart options are grayed out the it may be windows audio service is disabled. For this cause you have to Right click and select properties.
Change the startup type to Automatic and click on apply. Then click on Start under the Service status option. Do The same for Bellow services also.

Restart Audio Service with Command Prompt
If you are confitable with command prompt then you can do this with simply perform bellow command lines.
First Open Command prompt as administrator and type bellow commands one by one.
First Type net stop audiosrv to stop the windows audio service.
Next Type net stop AudioEndpointBuilder to Stop the Audio EndpointBuilder Service.
Again Type net start audiosrv to restart the Audio Service
And net start AudioEndpointBuildert to Restart the Audio EndpointBuilder Service.

Change the bit rate in Play Back Devices
Right-click the sound icon in the taskbar, at the bottom right of the screen. Select Playback Devices from the menu.
Choose the current playback device (by-default, it’s set to speakers) and double-click on it to open its properties. Now Go to Advanced tab and change the bit rate to either, 24bit/44100 Hz or 24bit/192000Hz, depending on your speaker configuration.
